Behind the scenes of “Eggroll.”
Aug 7th, 2009

Shooting “Eggroll.” Paul Punzo on boom, Keegan and Andrew on cameras. “Eggroll” will be one of the next few episodes.
The series is shot on two Nikon D90 digital still cameras in HD movie mode. This allows us to shoot fast and efficiently.
The color reproduction as well as limited depth of field are sensational on these cameras. The first episode was shot hand held and we struggled with a bit of the known “jello-cam” issue (rolling shutter). Episode two onward was all tripod and that has fixed the problem.
The sound is recorded on a separate system and synced during the editing process.
I love you people. BASKETBALL SUCKS!!!!!!!!
BUT YOU GUYS ROCK MY WORLD
I WANT MORE. I ALSO WANT TO SEE KEITH DO A NUDE SCENE. NOTHING TOO GRAPHIC, BUT SOME ARTISTIC ASS SHOTS WOULD BLOW MY MIND
Darn I liked the shaky cam feel. Kina 24ish kina the officeish.
I absolutely LOVE these two episodes!!! They are just tremendous!
kieth,

I really love the look of the D90 in your show.
Do you a set up for the camera and some tricks for me?
